The owner of the online shop www.sinupusa.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Online Shop) is Havion.Art OÜ (registration code 16197878), located at Hanijala tn 5, 13516, Tallinn, Harju County.

  1. Validity of the sales contract, commercial and price information

1.1 The Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Shop.

1.2 The prices of the products sold in the Online Shop are indicated with the products.

1.3 The online shop accepts payments in euro (EUR). The online shop accepts Estonian bank links and card payments (Visa, MasterCard) as payment methods.

1.4. The Goods shall be delivered to the Buyer by post. The delivery charge shall be added to the price of the Goods. The delivery charge depends on the location of the Buyer and the method of delivery. The delivery charge will be displayed to the Buyer at the time the order is placed.

1.5 Information about the goods is provided in the Online Shop directly with the goods.

  1. Making an order

2.1. To order, add the desired products to your shopping cart and click on the link "Prepare your order”.

  1. Delivery

3.1. After the conclusion of the sales contract, the invoice is sent to the Buyer's e-mail address within 1 hour. The goods will be delivered to the requested address within 10 days. The time of delivery of the order will be counted from the moment of receipt of the order amount in the bank account of the Online Shop.

3.2. Provisions on delivery:

4.3 In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the goods ordered may not be used in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the same way as is permitted for testing the goods in a physical shop.

4.4 If the goods have been used for a purpose other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Shop has the right to reduce the refundable fee in accordance with the reduction in the value of the goods.

4.5 In order to return the goods, you must submit an application to withdraw from the purchase of the goods to info@sinupusa.ee no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.

4.6 The Buyer shall bear the costs of returning the Goods, unless the reason for returning the Goods is due to the fact that the Goods to be returned are not as ordered (e.g. the Goods are incorrect or defective).

4.7 The Buyer must return the goods within 14 days of the submission of the application or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.

4.8 Upon receipt of the goods to be returned, the online shop will return to the buyer immediately, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the cancellation, all payments received from the buyer under the contract.

4.9 The Online shop may refuse to make refunds until it has received the goods that are the subject of the agreement or until the Buyer has provided proof that it has returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

4.10. If the Buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest delivery method offered by the Online Shop, the Online Shop is not obliged to reimburse the consumer for the cost that exceeds the cost related to the delivery method.

4.11. The Online Seller has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and to demand the return of the goods from the Buyer, if the price of the goods in the online shop is indicated significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake.

5.1 The online shop will use the personal data provided by the buyer (including name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer.
